Although I have been given to introspective thought and writing essays for much of my life. However, I have also been very reluctant to share those thoughts or essays for much of my life with anyone except an intimate few. Things might have well remained that way were it not for the incessant encouragement of close friends to publish them. These essays exist here online because of them.
What is Honor?
This first essay began as a question that appeared in my email one day from a friend. I'm fairly sure all he wanted was just a cliche answer. You'd think people would know me better than that by now. What he got was the following essay. This essay has in turn spawned a much longer work which to-date remains unfinished. It is an ongoing project I work on in my spare time while researching it as thoroughly as I may.
Defining Freedom
Written originally as a short essay / thought in my journal, I later expanded the essay to its present form. This essay is about our concept of freedom, what we believe it to be and what we practice in our daily lives.
Are We Equal?
In which I examine the concept of universal equality, its forms and its validity. If you have ever wondered if everyone really is created equal, this essay asks and answers that very question.
More essays will be forthcoming as time permits.
